Since 2004, we've completed hundreds of executive and management searches refining our process along the way. Every project flows through three phases - Design, Execute, and Deliver. We will identify, qualify, and introduce a short list of high caliber candidates who meet or exceed your expectations. As you narrow the focus, we professionally give closure to candidates not moving forward. When you have selected your top choice, we tackle the offer/acceptance steps securing your new leader and providing them with support through the their transition period.

  • Resignation: We support and counsel the new employee through resignation and counteroffer scenarios.
  • Transition: We maintain communication with you and the new employee as they prepare to come aboard.

These are "commitment free" experiences until a hire occurs.  At that point a modest service is due - far less than a search fee because a search was avoided.  That's it!  No retainers!  No minimums!  Just private introductions to industry leaders.  If you secure an executive, terrific - everyone wins!
