Q. How do I know that Next Exec is reputable?

Next Exec was founded by Murray Lee, our President, and certified member of NAPS – the leading association for the recruiting industry. We exemplify the Standards & Ethical Practices of the association. Further, we can provide you with references to clients we have served.

Q. How long will a search take?

Conditions vary, but usually a search requires six to twelve weeks to complete. We can customize our process and service levels for special circumstances.  

Q. How are candidates qualified?

Through multiple steps we screen candidates from many points of view including employment history, education, key skills required, salary history and a committed interest in your specific opportunity. In the end, you will determine which candidate is the best fit overall.

Q. What happens if we hire a candidate who does not work out?

Every client receives a guarantee when hiring a candidate through Next Exec. The length of the guarantee is determined at the start of a search and is based on the circumstances of the vacancy and the service level you choose.

Q. How much will it cost?

The investment you make is determined by the service level you choose, the salary range of each vacancy and the length of the guarantee period. Your investment will be determined upfront and can be either a fixed fee or a percentage rate of the base salary.

Q. Can I convert the service level to another form if our circumstances change?

We understand that circumstances can change. In certain situations service levels can be revised. Our goal is to exceed your expectations in every way we can.
