Next Exec Client Services You have choices. No one form of partnership can satisfy all situations. Therefore, Next Exec offers three service levels. In each case, the
investment can be either a flat fee or a calculated percentage of the
base salary of the individual hired. Service Levels:

Contingency: This
option is intended for a client who will coordinate and manage the
hiring process internally. It is most valuable when the client will
have many sources of candidates including multiple agencies. Choose
this option if Next Exec will be one of several sources of candidates.

Engaged: This option is intended
for a client who prefers to work with one agency --
making your search a priority. It is most valuable when a high level
of urgency exists. An engagement fee is required to initiate the
search and that amount is then deducted from the final invoice when
a candidate is hired. Choose this option if Next Exec will be your
primary source of candidates.

Retained: This
option is intended for a client who has a vacancy in an
executive level capacity. It is most valuable when specific experience
and/or educational level has a priority over time frame. A
retainer of 1/3 is required to initiate the search with the balance
paid over the two subsequent months. Choose this option if Next
Exec will be
your exclusive source of candidates.
