Next Exec is built on the foundation of twenty years experience in retailing and recruiting.

Founder and President of Next Exec, Murray Lee, is a Certified Personnel Consultant and a member of the National Association of Personnel Services. NAPS is the first trade association for the personnel industry and has the only nationally recognized certification program.

Our core business is Executive Search & Placement. Our primary focus is in the retail and catalog industries. We conduct both local and national searches for management and executive candidates with experience in:
